 2 Portobello mushroom caps
 olive oil
 organic pizza sauce
 finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
 dried oregano

Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 375 degrees F.
Remove stems from mushrooms and place on baking sheet, stem-side down.
Brush olive oil on the tops and bake for 10-15 minutes, until tender.

Flip over and top with sauce, a light dusting of cheese, and oregano.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until warmed through and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately!
