SoulCore is a movement that combines core strengthening, stretching, and functional exercises with the prayers of the Catholic rosary; a sensory experience combining candlelight, music, scripture, reflections, & movement to nourish the body, mind, & soul and encourage deeper meditation on the mysteries and virtues of the rosary.

SoulCore is movement all its own. It is not tied to or affiliated with any other exercise disciplines. SoulCore is not yoga, nor are yoga poses or Sanskrit referenced at any time.

SoulCore is an invitation to integrate body & soul in prayer, fully orienting the heart & mind toward Christ, while discovering the beauty of the rosary: A gentle path to grow in virtue, interior peace, and strength.

Upcoming Classes:

Due to Covid-19, I have temporarily stopped offering in-person classes. I am praying that I will be able to resume offering SoulCore gatherings at local parishes in the future!

All are welcome!

Dress in comfortable clothing or sportswear and bring a fitness mat and dumbbells (1, 2, or 3 lb) if you have them.

There is no cost, but a suggested donation of $5-10, for those who are able.

No fitness level or experience required.

Visit the SoulCore website for more information.

The SoulCore logo, an intertwined A&M, signifies “Auspice Maria,” Latin for “under the protection of Mary.”

May you always be under her protection!

My Journey to SoulCore…

I was born and raised Catholic and I have always had a deep love of my faith, thanks to my mom, who was a wonderful role model, and my CCD teacher, who was a living example of a faith-centered life.

When I attended Elizabethtown College (in Pennsylvania), I found a home in the campus Newman Club, where I started and led a weekly Rosary group and participated in many weekly Catholic activities. I made lifelong friends through this community and deepened my relationship with the Blessed Mother.

In 2013, I moved to South Carolina and began practicing as an occupational therapist. In 2016 I felt called to pursue an additional career in the health & wellness field and I completed my Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification. I currently own and operate Heather’s Holistic Health Coaching LLC, and am completing my Master’s Degree in Nutrition. I am excited to incorporate my passion for SoulCore into my wellness offerings, as I help others to nurture body and soul through exercise and the beautiful gift of Mary’s intercession!
