Forget the bottled stuff, which is laden with inflammatory oils, sugar, and preservatives. Whip up a quick batch of this flavor-packed dressing and enjoy it on salads or as a dip!

 1 cup PLAIN yogurt (Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, OR coconut yogurt)
 1 tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp dried parsley
 1 tsp dried dill
 ¼ tsp sea salt
 2 dashes black pepper
 1 tbsp fresh chives
 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
 1 tbsp grated Parmesean cheese (optional but delicious!)

Combine all spices, lemon juice, and cheese with yogurt and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to marinate.

Keeps in airtight container for 3-4 days. (Use a glass container since lemon juice is acidic and can absorb chemicals from plastic containers!)
