A delicious way to indulge in fresh summer peaches!!

Peach Filling:
 3 peaches (fresh OR frozen), sliced
 ½ lemon, juiced
 2 tbsp The Crescent Olive's Peach White Balsamic vinegar
Crumble: (estimated amounts)
 ¾ cup instant oats
 ¼ cup almond flour
 ¼ cup oat flour
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 dash sea salt
 1 tbsp coconut sugar
 1 tbsp maple syrup
  cup coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease small glass baking pan with coconut oil.

Add peaches to baking pan, drizzle lemon juice & Peach white balsamic vinegar.

Prepare the topping: in a medium bowl, combine first 6 (dry) ingredients.
Drizzle maple syrup and use your hands to distribute coconut oil evenly.

Sprinkle topping over peaches. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until peaches are bubbling and topping is golden brown.

Enjoy warm with coconut milk ice cream - or enjoy chilled leftovers for breakfast- it tastes just as yummy cold!!
