 1 small cucumber OR 1/3 of regular cucumber (ORGANIC)
  banana (I usually eat the rest with some almond butter 🙂
 ½ cup mixed berries (frozen & organic)
 3 leaves green leaf lettuce OR spinach
 ½ cup water OR coconut milk
 1 scoop protein powder (optional) - I sometimes use Collagen

Add cucumbers first, then fruit, then lettuce and liquid of choice.

Blend for 10 seconds. Add protein powder and more lettuce of desired.

Blend for 1 minute, or until creamy and smooth!!
