This vibrant dip is made with nutrient-dense white beans and features refreshing springtime flavors of lemon and dill!

 15 oz white beans (Cannelini beans, navy beans, or Great Northern beans)
 1 small lemon, juiced
 1 tbsp tahini
 1 ½ tbsp The Crescent Olive's Dill olive oil
 ½ tbsp The Crescent Olive's Meyer Lemon olive oil
 ½ tsp dried dill
 1 small garlic clove
 ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  cup water (as needed for desired consistency)

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
Garnish with olive oil and additional dill!
