 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
 ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
 ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
 ½ scoop collagen protein powder (optional)
 1 slice fresh ginger
 2 dashes sea salt
 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
 2 dashes cinnamon
 fall spices (cloves, nutmeg, cardamom)

Add all ingredients to food processor or blender. Puree until smooth, scraping the sides if necessary.

Season to taste!
