 1 large grapefruit
2 tbsp The Crescent Olive's infused white balsamic vinegar (fruity flavor - I used Pineapple!) OR
1 tbsp white or dark balsamic vinegar mixed with 1 tbsp pineapple juice (or fruit juice of choice)

1

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 450 broil.

2

Cut grapefruit in half. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with flavoring of choice (The Crescent Olive's infused white balsamic vinegar OR your homemade infused balsamic).

3

Broil for 10-15 minutes, watching closely. When the fruit has bubbled up and expaned and the edges are browned, it is done.

4

Drizzle with a bit more vinegar, grab a knife and spoon, and dig in!!

PS- it works great without broiling it too!
