A quick and creamy breakfast smoothie, packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and fiber!

 1 cup organic blueberries (frozen or fresh)
 ½ large avocado (use the whole thing if it's smaller!)
 ½ organic apple
 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
 1 cup water (I use warm water if the blueberries are frozen to improve digestion)
 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth and creamy, adding more water if necessary!
