Gluten-free, Paleo, and absolutely delicious, these tenders are breaded with almond & coconut flour and just the right spices!

 2 large organic chicken breasts, cut into tenders
 1 egg
 ½ cup almond flour
 ¼ cup coconut flour (or an additional 1/4 cup almond flour)
 1 tsp paprika
 ¼ tsp cayenne (or more, if you want some heat!)
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a wire cooling sheet on a baking sheet (to keep the chicken crispy!)

In a medium bowl, whisk egg. In a large bowl, whisk together flours, spices, salt and pepper.

Coat each piece of chicken in egg (letting the excess drip off), and then coat in the dry ingredients.

Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, flip each piece over and bake for an additional 10 minutes!

Serve with honey mustard or desired dipping sauce!
This paired great with Green Bean Amandine and sweet corn!
