Creamy avocado, healthy fats, anti-inflammatory spices, & sprouted grains, all ready in 5 minutes!

 1 avocado
 2 slices sprouted grain bread
 1 pinch salt & pepper
 2 dashes lemon juice
 spices (garlic, cumin, cayenne, etc) [optional]
 diced tomatoes [optional]
 a few sprigs of fresh parsley [optional]

Toast bread and set aside.

Wash & dry avocado. Using a sharp chef's knife, slice through the avocado lengthwise until you feel the knife hit the pit. Then rotate the avocado, making a cut all around the pit. Twist the two halves apart.
Carefully remove the pit.
Scoop out the avocado flesh.

Place avocado flesh, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and spices in a bowl. Mash until combined - it's ok if it's still chunky!
