A fresh, creamy take on classic chickpea hummus!

 3 cups cooked Great Northern beans
 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
 1 garlic clove, minced
 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
 ½ lemon, juiced
 1 tsp sea salt

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.

2. Puree until smooth, adding a few drops of water if needed.

3. Season to taste extra rosemary, garlic, or salt.

4. Garnish with additional olive oil and fresh rosemary sprigs!

5. Serve with crudité or crackers.
