 1 16 oz bag shredded Brussles Sprouts
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp herb seasoning
 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
 salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spread Brussels Sprouts on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil and seasoning and toss to coat evenly.

Bake for 10 minutes. Stir Brussels Sprouts and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 5 -8 more minutes, until cheese is melted and Brussels Sprouts are tender & crispy!

Top with black pepper and serve warm!
