Thick, rich, and slightly spicy, this will be your new favorite comfort food!

 2 lbs organic ground turkey
 1 tbsp olive oil
 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 2 onions, diced
 2 bell peppers (any color), diced
 3 carrots, diced
 3 organic celery stalks, diced
 2 cups water
 15 oz organic tomato sauce (BPA-free can)
 28 oz organic diced tomatoes in their juices (BPA-free can)
 3 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp ground cumin
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tsp cayenne powder
 1 tsp sea salt
 ½ freshly ground black pepper

In a large soup pot, heat olive oil. Add garlic, onions, bell peppers, carrots, and celery. Saute 6-7 minutes, until soft.

Add turkey and cook until lightly browned, 6-7 minutes, breaking up chunks with your spoon.

Add 2 cups of water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes in their juices, all spices, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, uncovered, until the chili thickens (about 2-3 hours).
Adjust seasonings as needed and serve!
**I let mine simmer 4 hours since I had extra time. This allowed the flavors to really marinate and become beautifully thick!
