A quick weeknight meal, with savory herbs and a fun & cheesy spin!

 1 lb ground turkey, organic
 3 oz log of goat cheese
 1 tbsp poultry seasoning (chicken seasoning basically the same thing!)
 2 tsp garlic powder
 salt & pepper

Place ground turkey in a bowl. Add spices.
Using your hands, mix well to incorporate.

Form 12 small and thin patties.
Place 1 slice of goat cheese on top of 6 patties. Top with another patty and seal on all sides.

Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes, pressing down with the spatula once.
Flip and cook 5-7 minutes more, pressing down once with spatula.

Serve over mixed greens or cauliflower puree! Garnish with herbs (parsley, cilantro, or whatever you have available!)
