 2 6 oz. fillets of wild-caught salmon
 juice of 1/2 lemon
 1 tbsp The Crescent Olive's Dill-infused olive oil
 dash of garlic powder
 salt and freshly-ground pepper

Season salmon with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon (skin side down) into steamer. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto salmon, allowing it to seep into steaming water for extra flavor.

Steam for about 7-8 minutes, depending on thickness, until flakes in the thickest part with a fork.

Plate salmon and drizzle with dill-infused olive oil (or plain olive oil and fresh dill).

Serve with riced cauliflower, pan-sautéed tomatoes, and probiotic-rich sauerkraut for a bone-building meal!
