A fun mix of maple sweetness, autumn spices, and organic buttery goodness!

 4 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
 1 tsp sea salt
 2 tbsp organic butter
 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
 1 pinch ground cinnamon
 1 pinch nutmeg

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the potatoes and salt.

Cook until tender, about 25 minutes.

Drain, reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid, and return to the sweet potatoes to the pot.

Add ginger, maple syrup, butter, 1/4 tsp salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg along with some of the cooking liquid.

Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash the potatoes.

Taste and season accordingly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
