Butternut squash is a powerhouse of vitamin A, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and fiber!

 16 oz frozen butternut squash
 2 tsp The Crescent Olive's Wild Mushroom & Sage olive oil
 ¼ tsp turmeric
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp poultry seasoning
 sea salt & pepper, to taste

Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add frozen squash. Bring to gentle boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until very tender.

Drain water and add spices, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mash with potato masher.
Keep warm until ready to serve.

Top with fresh or dried thyme for garnish!
