 2 thin rice cakes (I love Lundberg Brown Rice Thin Stackers)
 2 pinches Trader Joe's "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning blend

Scoop avocado flesh out of skin into a small bowl. Add a pinch of Trader Joe's seasoning blend, mash with a fork.
