One ingredient: strawberries. One word: amazing. Get your "JAM" on a PB&J sandwich, waffle topper, or by the spoon!
Wash strawberries and remove stem.
Chop into bite-sized pieces (4 pieces per berry).
Place in pot, heat on medium heat. (Use a tall pot so it doesn't splatter out while cooking.)
Stir occasionally, as the berries release their juices. Let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until it is about 50% liquid, 50% strawberry chunks.
Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container, preferably glass, and refrigerate!
Strawberry jam has no refined sugar and tons of phytonutrients!!
Enjoy it on toast, waffles, PB&J sandwich, oatmeal, or right out of the bowl - it's that tasty!
I made this with local strawberries from Cottle Farms - the fresh-picked taste can't be beat!!!

I love strawberries and and definitely going to try this! Plus, a tablespoon just might satisfy my sweet cravings.
I hope you enjoy it! I love that it is so simple to make – and it beats the store-bought jams that contain loads of added sugar!
