A cool, creamy summer dessert!
1 cup unsweetened non-dairy yogurt (I use Kite Hill almond yogurt)
1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (if vegan)
⅓ cup fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, peaches, etc)
1 sheet parchment paper

Line 8x8 glass square pan with parchment paper.

Mix yogurt and sweetener.
Pour into prepared pan.

Top with fresh fruit.

Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
Cut into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!!

Keep frozen and thaw for 3-5 minutes before serving!
