A super-quick and hearty lunch, bursting with tomato & basil!!
1 "Food for Life" Sprouted Grain Tortilla
¼ cup hummus
1 medium tomato, sliced
15 small basil leaves (or 1 tsp dried basil)
2 tsp The Crescent Olive's Basil olive oil
pinch of sea salt & pepper

Place tortilla on large plate or cutting board. Spread hummus evenly over top.

Top with tomato slices, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Arrange basil leaves.

Cut into 4 slices and enjoy!!
