4 cups fresh spinach (organic)
⅓ cup pomegranate arils
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
1 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar or The Crescent Olive's Pomegranate dark balsamic
1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste

Divide spinach between 2 plates. Top with pomegranates, goat cheese, and walnuts.

In a Mason jar, combine dressing ingredients and shake vigorously to combine. Pour over salad and enjoy!
