A quick and flavorful marinade gives moisture & flavor to Sockeye salmon, then it is baked to perfection! Plus, it's only 6 ingredients!
In a glass container, combine tamari, vinegar, and 1 tsp of honey. Mix with a fork until combined.
Add salmon, skin side up.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease glass baking dish with coconut oil.
Place salmon skin side down in baking dish. Drizzle 1 tsp honey on top of each fillet.
Top with minced garlic, then pour marinade on top of salmon.
Top with fresh cilantro.
Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until flakes easily with a fork. (The foil seals in moisture & flavor!)
Transfer to plate and spoon extra marinade on top.
Serve immediately!
