Quick, nutritious, and delicious, kids think this is dessert!

1 cup frozen organic blueberries (or wild blueberries)
1 organic zucchini, chopped
1 organic apple, chopped (I used Fuji)
1 scoop protein powder (I used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides)
½ tbsp ground flaxseed
non-dairy milk, to achieve desired consistency

Add all ingredients to a blender. Puree to desired consistency, adding non-dairy milk as needed.
Enjoy immediately and refrigerate leftovers for 1 day.
