Simple, fresh, and satisfying, this recipe is packed with flavor, protein, and fiber!
2 slices of sprouted grain bread (I like Ezekiel bread or Trader Joe's Sprouted Bread)
4 slices organic cucumber
4 tbsp hummus
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled

Toast each slice of bread.
Spread hummus onto each slice.
Top with cucumber & feta cheese.
