Super quick and tasty, this meal can be prepared in minutes and is full of fiber, phytonutrients, and protein!
4 sprouted corn tortillas
1 can refriend beans, pinto or black beans (no oil added, if possible)
1 batch of homemade Mango Salsa (see my recipe section!)
store-bought or homemade guacamole
cilantro, for garnish

Warm refried beans in a frying pan until heated through.

Warm tortillas for a few minutes in a pan on medium-low heat.

Spread warm beans on tortilla, top with Mango Salsa, guacamole, and cilantro!
