Use this template to create your own delicious probiotic smoothie to jump-start your day!
½ cup green or neutral-colored fruit (kiwi, pear, green grapes, banana)
1 small avocado
1 cup tender leafy greens (mixed greens, butter lettuce, Bibb lettuce, green leaf, romaine)
¼ cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil)
½ lime OR lemon, juiced
½ cup plain yogurt OR non-dairy probiotic "yogurt" (Cashewgurt, Coconut yogurt, Almond yogurt) - NO sugar added
¾ cup milk OR non-dairy milk (Flax milk, coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk)

Place all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth and creamy!
