A quick & delicious breakfast - that tastes more like pumpkin pudding to me 😉
Base ingredients:
⅔ cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup coconut milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
Optional add-ins:
1 tsp maple syrup
⅛ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop protein powder

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
If needed, add ice (but with this chilly weather, I don't mind a warmer smoothie)!
