SO easy to make, and tastes delicious!! Toasted almonds, olive oil, and seasonings create the perfect medley.
Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 375 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl, add green beans, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of garlic granules/powder. Toss to combine.
Transfer to baking sheet. Bake for about 5-10 minutes (depending on whether they are fresh or frozen), until bright green and still crisp. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake for another 5 minutes, until almonds turn golden brown. Watch closely so they don't burn! You may want to rotate the tray around half way through to evenly toast the nuts.
*It is done when the green beans just begin to wilt and the almonds are golden!*
Scoop onto serving plate, and top with a dash of salt and pepper if desired.
I personally love tahini, so I like to drizzle that on top sometimes too!
This is a very quick, easy, and impressive side dish!
