Bursting with fresh flavors of mango, lime, and cilantro, this salsa pairs great with tacos and salads - or by itself as a delicious spring dip!

 1 mango (any ripeness is fine)
 ½ organic red bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup red onion, minced
  cup fresh cilantro, minced
 1 lime, juiced
 1 pinch sea salt, to taste
