Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Rinse asparagus and break off tough end of each spear.
Drizzle olive oil, salt, & pepper. Toss to combine.Lay flat on non-stick tray and roast for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with lemon zest & Parmesan. Return to oven for 3 more minutes.
To serve, add another drizzle of olive oil and savor every bite!!
